Our Story
Between Switzerland and London.
Atlas Consulting Group operates from two of Europe's most significant professional centres — the City of London and Switzerland. This dual positioning is not incidental. It reflects the nature of the work we do and the clients we serve: international organisations, financial institutions and professional services firms that require a search partner with genuine cross-border fluency.
We work with a deliberately select number of clients. This is a conscious choice. It allows us to bring the full weight of our attention, our networks and our judgement to every mandate — rather than processing volume at the expense of quality.

Founder & Managing Partner
Thomas Martin founded Atlas Consulting Group to bring a more considered, relationship-driven approach to executive search and strategic advisory at the senior level.
With experience spanning financial services, professional services and international business across Europe, Thomas has built a practice grounded in direct access to decision-makers, deep sector knowledge and a commitment to the long-term interests of both clients and candidates.
He is based between London and Switzerland, and conducts all senior mandates personally.
